It's not rocket science to suggest that if you take away the funding, then you can't pay the doctors and you can't pay the medical staff and you can't keep the clinic open.

There is no labor and delivery ward in Bonner County, Sandpoint.

They're gone, they can't deliver a baby in a city in Idaho because of the lack of funding, because of the doctors won't stay there.

The only way to get doctors back into rural clinics is to make it decriminalized and to make sure that those rural clinics have enough adequate funding to pay them.
