in some of the big towns so we have spent some time in Ajaccio which is the capital we spent a night in Bonifacio which was really gorgeous wasn't it?

Bonifacio is very pretty, Ajaccio is a working port town um so fairly industrial nice old town but run down um the old bastion now needed some tlc they tried to diversify a bit with some bars and some some different functions in the old walls but it was run down and tired looking whereas the the walled citadel in bonifacio was very very attractive indeed but then I guess you've got the harbour and super yachts and lots and lots of money swilling around in Bonifacio Porto Vecchio where we are now where we finished our trip again it's a nice beautiful old town not up in the walls but it's very small there isn't a huge amount to do you might want to consider hiring a car if you're spending a bit of time afterwards public transport as we've said is fairly hit and miss car would give you much more ability to go to some of the surrounding beaches Some of the surrounding rivers and pools near Porto Vecchio, we're told there's some really nice swimming pools in the rivers.

Yeah, I mean, it's also a dream of mine, obviously, to the Mediterranean is really I had the chance to do some sailing and some some some work actually in the med, you know, delivering boats and stuff.

And I'll never forget Corsica and the Bonifacio, the Straits of Bonifacio, the natural harbor of Bonifacio.

And that's an area that it would be my dream to one day maybe go and cruise around there.

But the Met is really busy and very expensive, very crowded in the cruising world.
