And then I came back in through Mule Variations.

So I was like, oh, because that was like the perfect blending of the weird and the melodic.

There was a collection of all the stuff that he'd done when he was on Island Records, which was from Swordfish Trombone to, I think, Bone Machine.

And I was dating somebody, and they had it.

This was a stripped-down industrial percussion-heavy masterpiece that explored dark themes of morality, and it had collaborations with Keith Richards and Les Claypool.
