It's such a tough course.

I had to like walk up this like hill in the neighborhoods.

Like when you're turning into the neighborhoods before you kind of come out and run up the big hill at mile four.

yeah it's like and this is the day um but you know boulder boulder is very humbling and every now and again you get like one of those magical mornings where everything comes together and it makes it worth it but i think it's so fun and everyone gets how hard it is at least the local people get how hard it is where it's like let's just go rip it and see what happens did you run the austin international half

I was at the Boulder camera from 2000 through 2013.

I covered the Boulder Boulder every year.

I leave, you win the Boulder Boulder in 2014, the citizens race.

You know, if I would have still been in Boulder, I would have been grabbing you at the finish line and doing a story on you.

I know Brian Howell did that.

But what was that like to win the Boulder Boulder? It's such an iconic event.

I ran in it last year.

It's fun to it's more fun to run in it than to cover it.
