If you're taking enanthate, it's probably gonna be four weeks before the concentration is fully picked, or peaked.

If you're taking Deca or Equipoise, it could be six, eight, ten weeks before it's fully peaked.

So you only have peak doses for a month, um, on certain compounds or, or six to eight weeks.

So I would say generally what I've seen work best for cycle length is something like 16 to 20 weeks.

It's not 100% accurate, but it's pretty close, so it'll give you an idea of what that looks like.

I would also consider the esters of the compounds and the effects that they have.

So for example, Equipoise has a really long half-life.

Not 100% sure, 12 to 15 days, something like that.

I am gasping for air when I'm on higher doses of Tran.

What I would find is keeping Equipoise EQ in there or adding Carterine would counteract that for me.

But the biggest problem was just this feeling of you're in the gym, you do a few sets, and then you're just gasping for air.
