All right, so what happened is on Original Gangster, I debuted Body Count.

Body Count was my heavy metal band.

I, I, I wanted to do metal because I'd been on tour with PE and I seen, you've seen overseas, they mosh off hip hop.

Yeah.

So I was like, "I would like to do a rock band." My best friend Ernie C.

was a guitar player, so I said, "We gonna create a band, right? We gonna make it have the speed of Slayer, the intensity of Suicidal Tendencies, and the, the, the impending doom of Black Sabbath.

But I'm gonna sing my same shit over it, and we gonna call it Body Count."

But walk me through some of these fields of work.

And also, I need to know how you got in touch with Ice-T and Ernie C from Body Count, because when I started looking into that, holy shit, how did you land that interview?

Oh my God, that's a great question.

You've done your research.

I just, I've been a huge fan and I was working at a radio station called Gem in the East Midlands.

And I had like a drive time evening show.

And I saw that he was performing at this big grunge festival in, um, in the East Midlands in the UK with his, with his group body count.

So I reached out to, to the organizers and said, look, I'm going to come as a, as a radio presenter.
