Elena Pinderhughes, you know, it's just, and it goes all, it goes all the way back and you could go back and look at the John Nash's, you know, individuals who were part of our program that became these professional musicians and are spreading that joy around and supporting that education.

In 2019, we started a program called Women in Jazz, the Women in Jazz Combo, because what we found through our auditions with the Next Generation Jazz Orchestra, that a lot of the young high school women were having a hard time getting into a jazz band.

um, you know, we, and heard her, we heard that.

And so we began the women in jazz combo back in 2019.

And so we have six young women that do the same thing.

They apply, they audition, they get chosen.

I'm buying a plane ticket.

Yep.

And it's unfortunate that... that's how that race turned out.

And I think that that's super important.

That's one of the points that I wanted to talk about is that's why it's so important here in Putnam County to have a healthy Democratic Party.

Because for 10 years, the Democratic Party has been non-existent.

So what has that meant for Republicans? That means that you are deciding your general election in primary elections.

So first of all, Democrats are staying home.
