So you go, and then I woke up and it was all a dream.

He'd previously died a season before.

And they just, one morning, one of the characters wakes up and Bobby Ewing's coming out of the shower just like nothing's ever happened.

And they said, oh, I had a terrible dream that you died like two years ago.

American soap operas, what can I tell you?

Is that important?

It does have a bearing on it, yeah, because any time, again, any time I mention the Mercedes SL, people of a certain vintage go, oh, Dallas, that's the Dallas car, the Bobby Ewing car.

And I say, yeah, or heart to heart.

Yeah, so it does have an angle on it regularly.

After Dallas, I took two years off because I was pregnant with my first child, Luke.

And I was very pregnant when I married Bobby Ewing.

And then the last season of that...

It was over.

Yeah.

I always remember him saying, "D- I was watching an episode of Dallas, and Bobby Ewing was doing something.

This will be the sermon.

This will be the sermon." He was fucking deranged.

Oh.

Anyway, and it was constantly, if it wasn't Bobby Ewing, it was Pamela Ewing.

And every man in Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales fancied the arse off Pamela Ewing.

Like, she was the one, and we all wanted hair like Pamela Ewing.

That's right.

And you need a sort of Bobby Ewing, Patrick Duffy moment for those of a certain age where they just suddenly come out the shower and realise it's all it was all a dream or a nightmare.

And actually none of it happened.
