Bobby Duffy

But the Policy Institute is our kind of umbrella organisation.

It's led by a guy called Professor Bobby Duffy, and he's been doing for some time polling of the public on misperceptions.

So he's really interested in if you ask people, you know, what? their estimate of a particular percentage is something to do with their daily lives.

The areas where they're kind of quite wrong about these things, he's very interested in that because that means, you know, it's quite difficult for public policy and for the sort of conversations, the public conversation that we're having.

And you said, you know, this is worrying, not just about one group of people, but actually quite a lot of us people in Britain.

So tell us why it worries you.

Well, so Bobby, I'm going to steal Bobby Duffy's phrase.

He said, you know, everyone's entitled to their own opinions, but they're not entitled to their own facts.
