Bob Krasnow

So who was there? Sylvia or was it Bob? No,

it was Bob Krasnow.

Dante was there, but it was Doug Daniel.

It was Doug who gave me the records to work.

How did that

happen? I was on Lecture Records at the time, and Bob Krasnow asked me to do a remix for The Cure.

Okay, okay.

And I don't know, did it come out? Because I heard they hated it.

Okay.

So the, the record Sanctuary started out on Elektra Records, right? And, uh, Elektra was, uh, Sylvia Rhone, uh, well, with Bob Krasnow at that time.

I remember that.

Yeah.

Okay.

Bob Krasnow loved him some, some big, big Black women voices.

You know?

[laughs]

uh he he uh ran the label and uh so we waited from you know around april or may until that fall when we finally did sign with uh uh electro when howard got through all his legal wrangling to become an a r guy at uh at electra so that's that's

that story and so did peter at that time sign on is that when he became the manager

You left...

Well, I'm not saying Merlin, Bob, and Sylvia, but just to return to them, wasn't your solo project on...

Okay, how much time do we have?

So...

It was like, I can't even think of everybody.

They had like so many, it was thick with just big black women voices.
