Maybe tell us a little bit about the science behind how hearing loss can relate or lead to Alzheimer's, whatever kind of to get us started off.

And at the time I was interested in doing cancer research and I did, but I did not feel find that it fulfilled my intellectual interest as much as I thought it was going to be.

And then I did a postdoc in clinical laboratory medicine, which is really fascinating because I ran clinical laboratories for some of the giants, clinical labs, and I was the technical director for them.

and after some years, because of a consulting job, I learned that there's a device made in Germany that does a better job of helping audiologists fine-tune the performance of hearing aids, and when you do a good job of fine-tuning hearing aids, guess what? People actually get a lot of satisfaction and enjoyment from them.
