Welcome back everybody to the audio version of our Moto News Weekly Roundup, where this time around we're going to take a little bit of a look at the latest spy shots of BMW's new S1000RR.

There's news on Honda's V3 e-compressor bike, there's also new bikes from Bender, Kawasaki and Enfield.

And we've got CFMoto's follow-up to their super successful 450MT and a couple of new bikes from Ducati.

But first up, we'll have a look at that S1000RR.

Of course, if you go and watch the YouTube version, then you're probably going to get more of an idea of what it looks like.

But the main changes appear to be a new frame, new swing arm, new subframe as well, and also an upgrade in terms of the brakes.

Completely side and you have completely opposite lock.

So now on the new, I think it's the M1000RR and S1000RR, I don't know if it's on the naked versions off the top of my head, but it will measure, as you're starting to slide, how much you're turning into the slide.

So if you're turning in the opposite way two degrees and you've only got 10 degrees of lean and you're 100% throttle, then it will go, okay, well, He knows or she knows what they're doing.

But if you've got full lock, 100% gas with 40% lean is like, this is a one way ticket to some Spice Hospital food.

[laughs] I'm, I'm aware of that.

But just on the VTEC side of stuff, the closest thing we've got in the land of bikes is something called ShiftCam that BMW introduced for their super bike, the S 1000 RR, in 2019.

Unfortunately, this engine did like to blow up quite a lot, um, at first, but they've since sorted it out.

But that same thing about giving you the torque at the bottom end and then the power at the top end, on a motorbike, absolutely transformational.

So they should make something similar to each other.
