Blue cheese

Mission driven, small businesses.

They have some like super craft niche blue cheese from the West Coast.

They have some products from the East Coast.

And yeah, we sat down with them at their chocolate temple for our second conversation with them.

They're out of Oregon.

They make just incredible different types of cheeses.

Goat cheese, blue cheese.

It's just, it's very, very good.

And for the last couple of years, they have been putting out flavors like, uh, beef brisket, um, They had stuff for the football season.

It was, I think it was, what was it? Hot Wing and Blue Cheese, I believe that was the other one.

And then the one that I love every year, and Eric said that they're hitting shelves now, is the Thanksgiving Chips.

If anyone's had the Thanksgiving Chips that Trader Joe's has, these ones blow those out of the water.

And one of them is a blue cheese, which is...

Yeah, taking over.

But we're going to do some bubbles with the cheese.

Yeah.

There's a little bit of citrus on, but it's not overly.

To be honest, I'm questioning my ability today with that stinky blue cheese.

Is when you drink something that's like hot and it's like steaming hot and you don't cool it down first and it goes down like screaming hot.

Man, that's like almost worse than blue cheese.

And then like smoking hot tea that you didn't cool down is like giving it a run for its money.

In fact, I make them myself.

Cheesy? No, it's not cheesy.

It's like a grainy kind of... pasty kind of cheese because it's been sitting in the olive juice for so long.

I want to apologize to Crystal.

I sent the email yesterday about how you guys are all stupid for eating ranch instead of blue cheese with buffalo wings.

Then Crystal said, wait a minute, I'm a blue cheese person.

So I apologize to Crystal for calling you stupid.

All the rest of you are still stupid, though.

And I believe Schnitzer said he likes blue cheese when he was eating wings.

On Thursday's show, when you were talking about blue cheese versus ranch, and everybody on the show says they eat their buffalo wings with ranch.

Do you know how stupid that is? I wanna use the R word, but I don't think I'm allowed.

The guy who created buffalo wings always serves them with blue cheese, not ranch.

I always knew Doogee and Jeffrey were stupid, but I didn't think the rest of the show was.

You guys, Also, dip your pizza in ranch.

He called me the same thing.

I'm okay.

Yeah, I agree 100%.

So a while ago, we interviewed a member of an occulted religion from Syria called Alawite, and in this religion they have a practice for remote viewing, and part of it is to meditate before bed, but you're supposed to ingest blue cheese and anise seed together, and it's supposed to heighten your otherworldly travels while you're dreaming.

So is there something about the funkiness of the mold in a blue cheese that adds to maybe your divination or even remote viewing, or is, do you know anything about, like, spices, like say anise?

Well, yeah, first of all, that sounds disgusting.
