Blindspott

So...

I have three favourite bands when it comes to New Zealand artists, and my three favourite bands are 8, 8, 8, Blindspot, oh, see, now I reckon I'm going to polarise a few characters here, and the Mint Chicks.

Like, just three, my absolute favourite bands, and they all played such a pivotal role in my formative years growing up.

So you guys, you and Paul met all the way back at Linfield College, is that right?

What's happening on The Big Show with Old Mogi?

I think in a big, certainly a big show first, we've got the fellas from Blindspot coming in for a yarn after five o'clock.

Sheldon and Damien, a couple of legends, one of my favourite New Zealand bands, one of the great New Zealand bands.

I absolutely love them, so I'm stoked to be able to have them to chat to.

yes I know and also it won't be for everyone

I'll also say that yes

yes agree that's East of Eden that's on Netflix it's out now and coming up after six there's heaps on we're going to catch up with our winner of would you rather sorry after five would you rather winner Richard from Cambridge he texted me earlier today and said he was a broken man so we're going to get him on for a yarn and plus we're going to have the fellas from Blindspotting

The Hauraki Big Show with Jace, Mike and Keezy.

Bit of a treat for you.

It's Blindspot, obviously, nil by mouth.

And also, if you missed it, catch up with Brad the Boss, horribly under the weather in Las Vegas.

Oh, mate, he's not under the weather.

Because

I slept over there yesterday.

It's not often we can interview the winner of the Rock 2000 the Monday after, but given it was the first ever Kiwi band to do it, Damien and Shelton from Blindspot came in to chat about their historic win.

I just want to make a massive thank you and shout out to anyone who has listened, come to our show, but especially in this instance, gone out of your way to vote for our song, Mill By Mouth.

where I am.

I wonder where it would fall New Zealand vote-wise.

Because rock fans would probably vote in either Blindspotter or Devilskin.

Oh, yeah.

Into popularity.
