which is a high-end luxury resort in the mountains of Tennessee, sort of the epitome of hospitality in the U.S. And when you visit, they keep a dossier on you after you leave that outlines everything you loved, the food that was your favorite, the hike you really enjoyed, your favorite cocktail, so that when you come back the next time, they can make your experience even better by recognizing those things.
