Travis SnellHOST
37:50
I feel like it would have to be February, right? And I know, Mike, we've talked about this a few times with the Batman.
Travis SnellHOST

Travis SnellHOST
37:57
You got Deadpool.
Travis SnellHOST
37:58
I feel like there's something else.
Travis SnellHOST
38:00
Was it Fifty Shades in there? So I feel like – and I guess it's not a sleep – like you can't say Batman's a sleeper.
Travis SnellHOST
38:06
But I feel like how Black Panther did was like people slept on it being that – like the biggest domestic MCU movie of all time, like that sort of stuff.
Travis SnellHOST
38:14
Maybe Spider-Man passed it.
Travis SnellHOST
38:15
I don't know.
Joe DeckelmeierGUEST
35:17

Joe DeckelmeierGUEST
35:17
That's definitely not true because like a black Panther.
Joe DeckelmeierGUEST

Right.
Joe DeckelmeierGUEST
35:20
I
Joe DeckelmeierGUEST
35:24
But people showed up.
Joe DeckelmeierGUEST
35:26
I also think, too, we've got to look at when that movie was released.
Joe DeckelmeierGUEST

Your thoughts, my friend, on Black Panther?
Josh PedersonHOST
54:33
One, I hated how divisive everyone was trying to make this movie.
Josh PedersonHOST
54:38
It was right before COVID that this came out, if I remember correctly.
Josh PedersonHOST
56:17
What I liked about it the most is that you didn't have to watch everything else.
Gerald GlassfordHOST

Gerald GlassfordHOST
54:48

Josh PedersonHOST
56:24
There was not really any ties outside of... what ulysses s claw talking making some reference to to um so i don't remember what exactly the reference was but you don't really have to you don't have to have any background knowledge on the mcu you just walked in and watched it i mean i think that that's where the mcu shines the most is when it's not trying to be connective tissue to other things and this movie really succeeded in that
Gerald GlassfordHOST
56:48
absolutely an outstanding film uh great call again it is of course the black panther movie that's really helped just propel the MCU forward.
