They've gone through huge projects to implement new technology, and we're gonna talk to them today.

I am the systems and processes business partner at the Black Country Living Museum.

I am also a white woman in my 40s.

Now, I'm really aware that we are doing, what we're doing today is I'm going to go, here's a sweet shop.

And so they have this little sort of pocketbook of examples And so when they go into these partners and they have a conversation, they can go, well, you know, I've read this piece of work where the charity was interested in how signage was used during COVID, for example.

And one of the spaces, one of the partners that we worked with was the Black Country Museum.

So this is a museum in the West Midlands.

It's a heritage museum.

Kind of, yeah.

I think they might be from the Black Country Museum, actually.
