Bishop Chatard High School

Are you serious?

No, I think he went to Chatard.

No, I went to Chatard, but they built-

Oh, I mean-

Remember they built three the same-

Three of the, the high schools were the exactly the same.

They wanted to save money.

The only difference, uh, with Cardinal Ritter and Bishop Chatard, not the only one, but a very concerning one, is right outside the gym-

You know, what, what is unique is that, you know, 3A used to be loaded with a lot of Indianapolis, you know, kinda private schools, Catholic schools, s- uh, you know, suburban communities and they have all grown to 4A.

So until a handful of years ago, Rebuff, Chatard, Danville were ones you talked about being contenders in 3A.

They're all 4A.

Cascade was the best team in the state in 3A, but the best team from Central Indiana in 3A, they're in 2A this year.

You know, they could make a run here"?

So 4A's loaded.

Um, Chatard's outstanding.

East Central's outstanding.

I went to public school eighty-four, uh, ended up at Christ the King when they shut down the junior high.

I attended Bishop Chatard High School.

Uh, went to Ball State University on a football scholarship.

I started a family very, very young, and, uh, immediately went into the working world.
