And he said that he had seen our, our documentary, uh, Birdsong, a- about, about my mad quest to record every bird in Ireland, and he said that, uh, it, it touched him and that it made him smile and it resonated with him.

And, and I thought, "Oh my God, uh, this is, uh, this is, this is not what I expected." I, uh, I thought that he would be, uh, you know, much, much more, um, mu- much more intimidating.
