It was a kind of series of events.

And I started doing more and more stuff with Bipolar UK.

And they, it must have been a year or two ago, published an article on their website, as they do every now and again, to get the messages out there.

And it was about the links between Bipolar UK and ADHD and the percentage of people with bipolar disorder that also have ADHD and this sort of happened at a time when ADHD was becoming a lot more talked about and I was starting to see more and more content online so there were all manner of videos of people saying oh crumbs this is what I'm like you know because of ADHD I do this I do that you know And the more and more I saw, I thought, oh, crumbs, here we go again.

It was like watching that documentary for bipolar disorder.

And I realized actually that an awful lot of the problems that I'd had in my life were probably related to ADHD.

I know I did, just like you described when people talked about ADHD.

What are the red flags to look out for, do you think? What are the things about being bipolar that someone listening to this conversation should maybe think about exploring or might recognise?
