And it's a tough workout and it's set to Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath and Judas Priest and Slayer.

It's badass.

And the Cro-Mags and Madball and a little Biohazard in there and Sick of It All and Deep Purple and Motorhead and...

It's fucking really cool.

So you've got things like We're Only Going to Die From Our Own Arrogance, which I think quite a lot of people have covered.

Biohazard did a cover of it on their Urban Discipline album.

Sublime have covered it a few times.

Quite a few people have done other songs and incorporated a little bit in it because it's got quite a famous... refrain in it so we've been like a little tribute to them it's also got part three which is another one the big one fuck arm again and this is how there's some really massive massive songs on it but there's also quite a lot of them which i think from your point of view if you'd listen to it i think you would say that they're the songs which you know like you've said before that sometimes you hear some of these punk and hardcore bands it just sounds like a generic song it's not anything particularly great just that straight through and all that sort of stuff there's quite a few ones on that which I think because this album was recorded at two different times and I think the singer Greg Graffin was the main songwriter at this point and then Brett who's the other guitarist who's the guitarist was trying to learn as well and compete with him their songwriting wasn't great at this point so there's the the obvious songs and the rest of them were just kind of filler oh look we've got another quick hardcore song we'll put that one here and stuff so and and it is as i said it was recorded at two different times with about three or four months gap so it's got two different lineups on it so like the drums were recorded by one person so there's like four or five tracks with one drummer four or five tracks with another drummer I just don't think it's the most consistent one.

and Wally would later do web pages for nearly every metal band this is a little bit different time in Reykjavik this is where hardcore bands are coming up with Biohazard and the whole Victory Records in the States mixed with Icelandic Grandcore and Black Metal and everybody went to Valle and he said yes and he did probably like I don't know 30, 40, 50, 60 web pages along with having going to concerts, recording video for everything he was a videographer and a photographer so I don't know it's a lot of things that Valle was responsible for that beginning or late 90s and not many people in this sort of metal this wave of Icelandic metal heavy metal music been more supportive or influential than Valli Dorthikvall.

I saw a CD that looked kind of weird looking.

And I said, can I listen to this? Heard about when that started I said oh I am ready so you were ready yes I was ready and I said I have one I have this one and that was the only copy so I was quite happy and and that was that was one of the logos I drew at that time

but tell me because I think you were probably the first friend of mine that sort of was into this whole because this was not my thing and we joked about you know you liked all this Biohazard you're a Biohazard fan I've never it's like I'm allergic to some of this stuff like eating peanuts or something because you love that I don't but we sort of we grew up with the same bench there's a Metallica Slayer and Maiden but then you become more Is it more open-minded? Udo Dierkschneider might be 74 years old but he is as busy as ever touring as UDO or Dierkschneider.

Last year the side project Dirk Schneider and the Old Gang also saw the light of day and here he shares singing duties with Manuela Bibot.

So it just felt strange, a little strange, them touring and actually writing on Instagram how they missed hanging out with each other.

I would think Rebelmatic would tour with somebody like Biohazard, who play the same type of hardcore punk that mixes hip-hop with it.

On a side note, I saw Biohazard this past spring for the first time, and they were amazing.
