And you look at something like bematoprost, which is considered to be more effective than latanoprost.

The brand name I know is probably more effective than like Lumigan is considered to be lower the pressure a little bit more than Zolotan.

But if you're going to generics, then it almost tempts me to say, well, you know what? Maybe I'll do more Bimatoprost than Zolotanoprost because if Bimatoprost is more effective, but I can't trust it as much, I'd rather use that than something a little bit less effective, Zolotanoprost.

Now, the reason we use Bimatoprost over Zolotanoprost is is to get more of an effect.

Have you, do you ever use, I like topical latanoprost.

Do you use that as well? So, bamatoprost, a glaucoma drug, was turned into Latisse for eyelash growth.

And I do notice a lot of eyelash growth.

I have used Latisse.

I have used, I like, I think that GHK also helped my eyelashes grow longer.

It also significantly helped my nails grow.

Let's start with eyelashes.

Bimatoprost was used to lower the pressure inside the eye.

And Cajun started noticing that their eyelashes happened to be getting thicker, longer, darker.

which, as far as medication side effects go, is pretty marketable.

Eventually, Bimatoprost became Latisse, FDA approved for inadequate eyelashes.

We're treating eye pressure.

People grow better lashes.

No signs of pseudoexfoliation or phapodinesis, but of note, the patient's T max is 27 in the right eye and 21 in the left.

Currently treated on Lumigan and the eye pressures are 14.

Gonio was pretty open to PTM in both eyes, but of note, when you look at the patient, the patient does have an inferior notch when you look at their optic nerve, particularly in that right eye.

When you do an OCT test, the right eye seems a little worse as compared to the left eye in terms of RNFL.

And you do absolutely see that same notch inferiorly on the OCT with that corresponding type of defect on the deviation map.

The rate of change overall in that right eye is quite high, even though the eye pressure is on Lumigan are 14.

So we're looking at a rate of change in that right eye around two microns per year.

But of note, that inferior rate of change is actually quite high.
