So that's a seg into Spencer's minor league sandbox where he's going to talk about the Biloxi Shuckers playoff run.

yeah yeah it was uh unfortunately they ended up losing a winner take all game three in the southern league championship series to the rocket city trash pandas which i mean with a name like that they deserve everything they get but um no it's an angels affiliate and before i talk too much about any of it it was interesting um don't get me wrong like the angels had some of their better prospects there arjun namala who they acquired from the blue jays at the deadline um they had some other pretty legitimate prospects who are age appropriate for the level.

But then you also looked at some of like their relief pitchers and they had guys who had been in AAA for stints who were 28 years old.

A long drive to the wall with two guys on, and the Trash Pandas get out of the inning.

It would be nice to see the Shuckers win that Southern League championship.

What a great team and season they've had.

The Biloxi Shuckers.

Just lost.

They were playing for the Southern League Championship.

Braylon Payne strikes out looking, and that's that.

It is the Rocket City Trash Pandas who claim the Southern League Championship, and Biloxi is the runner-up.

That is still a very nice finish, a great season for the Shuckers, first-half champions, and then advancing to that championship series.

Very fun stuff, but that is the end of the Brewers' minor league season.

Well, the Rocket City Trash Pandas are the champions of the Southern League.

The Pandas beat the visiting Biloxi Shuckers 3-1 Wednesday evening to take two out of three in the title series.

Nick Rodriguez and Tucker Flint had RBI singles early in the game, and Arjun Nimala added a solo home run in the eighth for a little insurance.

Kenyan Yovan pitched the final inning in two-thirds.

I went back for the year anniversary of Katrina, because that's when Beau Ravage, MGM was reopening Beau Ravage on that date.

And I went back to the 10-year anniversary to see how Biloxi had changed and watched a game at the AA baseball stadium that MGM built across the street from the Beau Ravage for the Biloxi Shuckers, AA team.

You know, there's things like that happen and what's changed.

So I haven't been back since.
