The band Generation X breaks up, and singer Billy Idol relocates to New York City, and he teams up with an American, a guitarist named Steve Stevens.

Oh, yeah.

And Kristen, I'm curious, generationally, if someone says Steve Stevens, can you picture him in your head? No.

So he's being inducted with Billy Idol.

Not his best song, but a, a kind of a rocker.

It was featured in the film Ford Fairlane, which was the Andrew Dice Clay, um, vehicle, and the movie was pretty terrible.

If you're a huge Dice fan, you might've liked it a little bit.

But I remember Billy Idol, like, won an MTV music, uh, uh, award for it, and got up there [laughs] and he said-

Oh, it's a great video

They play off each other as they're playing the tracks, which I kind of like because you don't often hear that.

The title track as well is kind of Billy Idol sound.

So I like that.

But they also have a bit of a sound of their own.

The Warning, one that I know Steve Hoker has been probably playing to death since it has come out.

The album is Everything's Falling.

I enjoy tracks off of this, which most they've released... before the album has come out so really none of the songs that i hadn't heard really stand out to me um it's supposed to be their most personal album from a lyrical standpoint um it's good but still not as good as some of their earlier material in in my opinion my album of the week is an album front or a band fronted by, again, another former guest of the show, Brian Titchy, who's played drums for Ozzy Osbourne, for Billy Idol, for Whitesnake, for Dead Daisies, for a lot of different people.

But he's also... played guitar in bands of his own.

Well, this week, I thought we'd have a little fun for the previously on which song would be the theme for Logan's life.

Turning Japanese by The Vapors, Weird Science by Oingo Boingo, Eye of the Tiger by Survivor, or Rebel Yell by Billy Idol.

What do we think? What fun songs.

I know.

And at one point, they did more than 40 North American dates with Jethro Tull.

They also toured with acts like Aerosmith, Night Ranger, and Billy Idol.

And in an interview from that period, Johnny D made it clear just how ambitious the plan was.

They'd gone through Canada, they'd gone through United States, and now they wanted to see what they can do in Europe.
