Yeah, he was a kid that would go, Shazam, and then the big stud Shazam would show up.

Uh, more on that later.

Now, the Stories Behind The Big Story website has some details on it.

Uh, the actual name of the killer was Wayne Tyler, and he killed his wife Evelyn along with, uh, Kaylin Gilmore and a Charles Decker before killing himself when police came to apprehend him.

This is a classy film with good performances in it.

her kid is a great actor too Billy Gray plays the kid who ended up in Father Knows Best the American sitcom there's lots of weight on him him being so important to the movie and he's seeing so much of the movie through his eyes makes this a good kids movie suddenly it's Stig of the Dump or something it's a kid with a magical friend he's very relatable there's a lot played on his face and he completely delivers Klaatu ends up babysitting the kid, and you're waiting again for that Frankenstein's monster moment where there's an alien with a small child.

Are they vulnerable? No, he's a benevolent father figure, as he is being for the whole planet.

The kid takes him up to Arlington Cemetery, and we see the fallout from war, still really recent.
