Like, what-- I guess, what have you learned or what has maybe surprised you or what, what obstacles have maybe did you not foresee going into this that have arisen that might be applicable or, um, uh, you know, interesting for other people who might be earlier in the stage of transformation, but looking forward seeing what might be coming ahead?

Uh, J-Jay, I think it's a, I, I think it's a super important, like, insight topic, uh, question to pull the string on.

A-and one I'll acknowledge.

I, I mean, we're really fortunate to be operating in the AI space at a company like ours, where we have an incredible AI infrastructure and an incredible team that really has been, uh, disruptive and driving lots of transformation across network, across our internal systems, across call centers.

So you're constantly inspired by people that are solving really complex problems.

And I think that proximity to that disruptive mindset, like everything I've learned is I've effectively learned from watching people around me disrupt, uh, their ecosystem.

So I-- that's a massive advantage when you sit in proximity to those sorts of leaders.

They're like, I want to be a part of the Shenandoah Color Guard.

Well, like everything else, we're competing with cheerleaders and a dance team as far as who we can get for members.

But we do okay with our recruiting, and we try to get kids started.

What is it, Scott? Fifth grade? Yes.

We start recruiting out of fifth grade to start building the program from there.

Yeah.
