He did, and yeah, and he successfully sued Eric Greenberg.

Without Bill Koch, I think none of this would have come to light because we really needed his... actually his money to pay for the investigation to really bring a lot of this to light.

And they earn their spot as Challengers by winning a series of races against teams from around the world.

In 1992, billionaire Bill Koch and his team, America Cubed, won the America's Cup.

And in the lead up to the next cup, three American teams from that winning yacht club raced to get the chance to beat the Defenders.

Now, one of those teams put together by Koch was the first all-female team.
