Bill Frank Whitten

How did that, uh, come to be?

Well, because at the time, um, I had a, I had a job at, um, a custom clothing house, um, Bill Whitten's custom clothing house, Workroom 27.

And I don't know if any of you have heard about Workroom 27, but, um, Bill Whitten's designed, uh, a lot of great costumes, mostly for rock and roll people in the mid-'70s.

Um, people like Elton John and Michael Jackson, or Jackson 5 at that point.

And, you know, so he was a pretty, a pretty big, pretty big name, and it was a real thrill to be part of his, his adventures.
