Amazing Southern California band.

I mean... amazing rock rock and roll band and bill bateman was the drummer and he's just a killer drummer but in the 90s he started i think even probably before they had this band called the red devils and it was uh a blues band then they played regularly in la at a time when no one was playing blues and there's a there's a lot there's a live record called live the red devils live at the king king which was a club in la i remember it i i went there is it still open don't know i don't think so no it's not because we went there two years ago to the location but it was it was like an office building now or something

So then we had to bring in audition drummers.

And we brought in Bill Bateman from the Blasters.

We brought in Jim Keltner famous Jim Keltner auditioned a guy named Thad Spencer who was our old drummer back in Minneapolis who also had a music house out in LA who had left the band to pursue his business and Charlie Drayton Charlie Drayton is the guy who played You know, there was Steve Jordan and Charlie Drayton.

They both played in the Expensive Wine House with Keith Richards.
