Bigby Wolf

Yeah.

They've been chased out of their home world, and you play as Bigby Wolf, who is literally the big bad wolf.

But now he is acting as the sheriff of this hidden community, Fabletown.

The framing is pure cynical noir.

The game itself is actually set as a prequel to The Events of Fables as it's set 20 years before The Events.

And here you take the role of Bigby Wolf, aka the Big Bad Wolf.

who is the sheriff of Fable Town and currently working at the business office under the corrupt interim mayor, Ichabod Crane, while being aided by Snow White.

It's through here that he finds himself drawn into an investigation involving murdered prostitutes and the woodsman.

But I think, you know, when we look at The Wolf Among Us, the greatness of it is really in the world building.

Especially, I guess, if you've never read the books before, like the graphic novels before, then you really feel like this world is so immersive because it's like you said, like they cover not only fairy tales, but they cover urban legends.

And... you know and folklore and all that stuff and all of these characters that you know have like multiple they assume multiple characters are the same just like when you just look at bigby wolf there's the he's he's not just the big bad wolf as in like little red riding hood but he's also the wolf who blew down the house of the three little pigs for example So and wolves in the stories, in different stories that we know have different characters.

And so a lot of these characters also have those same elements where, oh, they could be part of this, but they could also be part of another story.

This is Telltale's noir detective story based on the Fables comics.

You play as Bigby Wolf, the sheriff of Fable Town, investigating a murder.

I played through most of this back in the day.

I love this game.
