So we can get a lot of tips, and those will be immensely helpful to know as you prepare for interviews.

Now, to make sure you cover point two and point four, the faster ways to do that is by practicing with somebody who has been an interviewer at MBB.

So a lot of the candidates I worked with before they came to me have done a lot of self-studying.

I think this is where a lot of you are right now, that you have done a fair amount of self-study.

So my recommendation is you definitely want to do the self-study.

You need to know the basics.

What are the basic frameworks? What are the basic case types? What are the sections for each of the sections? You need to have watched somebody do it, right? So you can find some official cases on MBB website and some official videos of how a case is done.

on MBB websites, watch those, be really familiar with those, and then you should start practicing out loud.

They mentioned that outside of work, they play tennis, they work sometimes as a DJ, and they volunteer their time mentoring underprivileged children at a school near their home.

They also mentioned they play football, and they really want to transition into strategy consulting at a leading firm, ideally one of the MBB firms.

And longer term, they'd love to be head of strategy for a big time, you know, Fortune 500 company in the U.S.

They also, you know, are recognizing that they've got a lot on their plate.

And I presume actually our military candidate has also just got to make sure that they establish that why now piece of it.

But obviously, again, for this candidate, the big issue is going to be that GRE score.

They want to get into MBB.

They've got to apply to top-tier programs to get access to MBB.

So look, firms like MBB have the scale to credibly span both sides of that divide.

I met Deloitte and Bain, and so she's seen both Big Four and MBB interviews and has a lot of experience with those interviews and kind of coaching candidates through the process, helping them avoid the mistakes that she'll talk through and setting them on the right path.

So a lot of experience, and this is kind of a rare chance to get some up close and personal time with someone of her caliber.

massive like and there's so many differences based on the office the region the the country um maybe even the interviewer for that day so like the your answer really is going to be it depends because it's just different

I think all of these options were really great.

And I realized that a Nomura Research Institute in India was not the same as an MBB or a tier one consulting firm in India.

And so I decided that why not go and pursue an MBA? I already have the admit.
