And I put this all together and figured out a combination of seasonal rentals and Season-long programs at a ski area, even if it's only six weekends, like my son does at Mount Peter, a small ski area about an hour and 15 minutes from here.

Even if that's all it is, that repetition, just the act of putting on the ski boots over and over again, that means when he gets to Big Sky or Jackson Hole, you don't have to spend half the morning coaxing them into skis.

They already know how to ski.

And the intimidation is focused more on hugeness of the mountain, but there's no, but they feel like they know what to do when they get there, right? So it's not a brand new experience they've tried in these arenas.

They're attached to a resort.

My point is this is not a growth area long term.

And, you know, the big ski areas mostly do have really good beginner centers, and they're getting better all the time, right? You see places like Jackson and Big Sky building mid-mountain beginner centers to put people more up in the alpine experience and away from the chaos of the base.

So what I'm getting at here is eventually it seems like you have to get – into a ski area where there's somewhere else to go after the beginner hill's done right or else you're just going to be teaching pizza french fry forever and and i don't think that even the most passionate ski instructor wants to do that so and it's it's funny because you started at homewood and it's like how do you get back to homewood is almost the question i'm asking but uh First of all, do you agree with that or am I totally missing the point? And second, if you do want to eventually get into bigger operations, what are the obstacles to doing so other than the obvious permitting issue we just talked about?
