Big Sky Ranch

I think that's the thing that I completely remember.

And just stepping into this huge, basically out of Big Sky Ranch.

That was my first day.

And you stepped into this rolling city.

It was my dream come true.

It was Times are Changing, part one, the ninth season.

We were out at Big Sky Ranch, at that time known as Temple Canyon Ranch.

And it was Melissa and Melissa Gilbert and...

Again, it's just another one of those backlots that gets recycled, so anyway, just a fascinating observation.

So it wasn't in Big Sky Ranch.

It went in Hollywood.

Mankato, no.

Not the wild shots, the wide shots.

I was like, okay, I know they filmed in Simi Valley, but where on earth did they get a view of that ginormous field? And correct me if I'm wrong, but it was Big Sky Ranch.

I think that's where they filmed it.

The outside, the farm scenes was at Big Sky Ranch.

And I was like, man, that was huge.

Oh, yeah.
