Big John Studd

"Your mother is a whore." [laughs]

Like, "Your mother is a whore." Or, or when he goes, "Isn't that right?" Me and Big John Studd was lying, where he goes, "What are you gonna do about it, Dad?"

[laughs]

Where you know what he's talking about? When he's talking to Sam Elliott.

One of those tag team matchups where you say, "Man, how is the ring holding these guys?" There's a- Big mass in the ring right here.

Andre the Giant and Tony Atlas with Captain Lou Albano versus King Kong Bundy and Big John Studd with their manager, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan.

Andre and Tony Atlas defeated Bundy and Studd here via disqualification.

The match went four minutes and 30 seconds.

Okay.

He betrayed him when they were fighting King Kong Bunny and Big John Studd.

Oh, yes.

And Hogan was talking to him in the back room where a camera was on them for some reason during the pro wrestling like Saturday morning.

...

Big John Studd-

Hey

... is gonna be the special guest referee.

But just one thing I want you to know.

One thing, one thing.

If John Studd gonna be a ring announcer referee, because after, the way he's going home, they're going to try to hurt me.

But believe me, I never lost a match in my life.

...

Roddy Piper, Iron Sheik, Nikolai Volkoff, The Fabulous Moolah, Big John Studd, and that devious Mr. Fuji.

Randomly, Bobby Heenan and Mean Gene would show up.

The expansion of your brand is not just reaching adults.

Sure

... series one of LJN is exactly the characters in this.

You have Superfly, Andre, Big John Studd, Hillbilly, Hogan, Iron Sheik.

Like, that's insane that they were thinking, "All right, we'll make these figures, and they will actually not connect to the cartoon, but they will be the same characters."

It was a good carryover.

But this Royal Rumble, though, Big John Studd wins this Royal Rumble.

Big John Studd.

Yeah.

It was

The world title's on the line because it's vacated.

But, like, so this is just another match with 30 guys in it.

And does it even matter, I guess, who wins here? Because Big John Studd doesn't get anything from this.

How many world titles did Jake the Snake win? How many world titles did Roddy Piper win in WWE? How many world titles did Ricky the Dragon Steamboat win in WWE? And did that affect their career? They're still Hall of Famers.

Paul Orndorff, Big John Studd.

I could continue this list on and on.

And going back to Hall of Famers, how many Super Bowls did Dan Marino win? None.

I sat this one out.

The main event was the Big Machine, Super Machine, and the Piper Machine, uh, defeating King Kong Bundy, Big John Studd, and Bobby Heenan.

Studd and Bundy got into an argument after the match.

Steve, one of the things I do not like about The Machine's angle, like, I think it was a little bit of a bait and switch because theoretically, this is Andre the Giant's thing, right?

But anyway.

Uh, let me see.

We have Big John Studd and King Kong Bundy win their squash, the Rougeaus as well.

The Hart Foundation teams up with a guy named Jim Clover in a six-man against Pedro Morales and the Islanders.
