Big Boy Caprice

hat? I loved it.

It starred Warren Beatty's Dick Tracing, Al Pacino's Big Boi.

I loved it.

The series was later collated and published as Dick Tracy, the complete True Hearts and Tommy Guns trilogy.

In this episode, we're diving deep into Red Light Blues, the underworld, and the comic adaption of the film itself, exploring how these stories expanded the world of Dick Tracy, developed characters such as Big Boy Caprice and Breathless Mahoney, and provided readers with a richer, more detailed look at the criminal underworld that helped shape Tracy's rise through the police ranks.

We'll explore the trilogy's connection to the movie, discuss why these comics have become cult favourites among collectors, and examine why Carl Baker's dynamic, energetic artwork makes this series far more than just another movie tie-in.

So keep an eye on The City's Most Wanted and join us as we revisit a forgotten graphic novel gem from the golden age of movie tie-in comics.

[laughs]

So someone's like, "I see you."

Flattop's cool.
