Bible Student movement

Well, Charles Taze Russell was an American Christian restorationist minister from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

And he was the founder of the Bible Students Movement.

And I think it was 1870s.

And that eventually, from that moment forward, evolved into what is now the modern day Jehovah's Witnesses.

So it, it's just an interesting one, isn't it? Then you've got Charles, uh, Taze Russell.

He was an early Bible student, part of something called the Bible Student Movement.

And Russell's movement developed this, this chronology that expected Jesus to return some point around 1914.

And, um, it became increasingly complicated, particularly as these events did not happen.
