Bev Yanez

And when it turned out he was competing in another league, didn't embrace this as a growth entity, bought it like he was flipping a home.

It's so much so that Bev Yanez and players have even said that like, you know, the subtext being like, they more or less kind of see themselves as like marketing reps, that they feel like responsible for going out into the city and selling the team, To fans themselves, like, guys, that's not your job.

You should not feel like that should be on you to figure

out.

It just makes me really sad.

Bev Yanez, obviously, it's been a difficult season.

We've heard the rumors about where Louisville, you know, its connections.

Is it going to move players and their stability? It's just got to have been so hard being in that locker room, in that dressing room, with those rumors circulating around, with the fact your team can't buy a win, it feels like, at times.

We want better for all of our teams, our sister teams in the NWSL.

It makes me so sad too, just because I, I think, and I hope that they don't take this as a reflection on, on like Bev Yanez as a coach, because I think so much of her as a coach, I hope that they, assuming the team and who knows what's going to happen with the team, you know, in general, but I hope that they, you know, give her some time to bounce back, uh, next season or whatever happens.

Cause I think, like I said, I think she's an outstanding coach.

You know, they got the playoffs last year.

Oh, interesting

... and a place that I think a lot of credit goes to Bev Yanez-

Mm-hmm

... um, about the culture that she has created and the mindset.

Maybe we should go back to the original idea because tough.

I did read that Bev Yanez's contract is up at the end of the season.

That will be interesting to see what happens there.

Emma Sears, who had reportedly, we've said this so many times, still don't really know what happened with that, had requested to trade.
