We need to talk about Cadet Wesley Crusher and his absolutely chaotic roommate, Fred Kimball.

Fred Kimball is a truly fascinating character study.

He's like a Johnny's Prime Mate, but he's a little smaller and he has lifelink built in.

Notably, a Star Trek card that I'm actually very excited for is Dr. Beverly Crusher, who doubles life gain.

And I think we're going to keep seeing more of this Soul Sisters style, ETB gain a life, or whenever you gain life, buff this creature.

Because it seems like a play pattern that people really enjoy.

And we have, you know, a Beverly Crusher who's estranged from everyone, who's just refused to see anyone for decades and decades.

And, you know, now has a big gun and stuff.

And she was really, really striking in that first episode.

And I think it was a great choice putting Beverly's son in this season.
