Better Than Before

Yeah, no, that's, uh, again, it's like what, yeah, whatever would, like, bring that little burst of pleasure into your life.

And, you know, and, uh, my roommate made another point which I thought was really interesting, is she said, "Once you have a signature color, it reduces the time that you have to spend on choices." And that's interesting because, you know, that is, like, a thing that I wrote about a lot in my habits book, Better Than Before, which is that every time we make a decision, even the smallest decision, it drains us a little bit.

And so one of the reasons that habits are freeing and energizing is they, they remove decisions.

But having a signature color is another way to remove decisions.
