So we can care for you through every stage of life, starting with our tiniest little patients, our little babies, helping a mom have a healthy delivery even when there's complications.

Good Sam is the baby hospital, but Bethesda North is right behind it.

Right.

We deliver well over 10,000 babies a year, almost one out of two in this region, so having good maternity care is important.

... and the important work that that organization does.

How does that fit into, you know, the, the, the pie of attention that you [laughs] are able to separate out for folks?

Well, we have a wonderful philanthropic, uh, foundation, both at Good Samaritan, Bethesda North, McCullough-Hyde, and at Clinton Regional.

Their focus is really to help us put forth innovation, put forth dollars to open up access to care, or look at new technologies that c- we can bring in.

And so my wife made an ultimatum and said, hey, it's time for you to get, really get sober this time.

So I went to Bethesda North for, you know, like a two-week outpatient program.

And thankfully, Kelly Rogan was my counselor.

And I went into the first meeting and doing the same thing I'd done for the last, you know, 20 plus years.
