Jericho, if you want them to kind of feel into that realization, maybe from a Christian standpoint, there's a Catholic nun deceased since 2017 named Bernadette Roberts, who wrote a couple of books, the experience of no self and the path to no self from a Christian mystical or contemplative perspective.

And it's really quite beautiful.

because it talks about the Christian Trinity, how she arrived at that, and it uses language and structures that are very familiar to Christians, which I think is quite beautiful.

Um, there's k- kinda lots of stuff out there.

If you're a, if you're a Christian, Bernadette Roberts, uh, was a Christian, um, contemplative who had a complete dissolution of self as part of her being cloistered in these monasteries and things like that.

Really profound stuff, and she t- talks about it in terms of Holy Trinity, Father, Son, Holy Spirit.

So if that language and belief is familiar to you, we're talking about belief a little bit, you can go in that direction and, and see what opens.
