Just near Beresfield at the end of the freeway near Maitland.

Julie, I'm going to make a big statement here.

And again, they were beers I'd never heard of or never seen, 'cause Tommy always had these interesting drinks.

And he said, "Oh, my mate, um, is a brewer at this brewery up in Beresfield" And I said, "How hard is that [chuckles] to brew beer?" And like, you know, five years later, we found out it's super hard.

[laughs] What it is, when I try and describe it to people, I'm like, "It's like an old-school community pub with no pokies, no sports bar, no TVs.

You come in and you connect." I, I can already see, like, the framework here to hopefully this is an annual thing, and hopefully it grows.

And Tommy, around the campfire, literally brought out some beers.

but just a legendary human, you know what I mean? And he's a Beresfield boy too, right? So like Les knows these old men, I know his mum and dad, like they're from up there.

So Payne was brought up on the Gold Coast, but he was born in Newcastle.

So he doesn't forget that.
