Ben Weider

Since turning pro, I've grown from around 200 pounds to 230 pounds in the off-season, but I haven't stepped on stage since 2024.

I enjoy competing naturally, but outside of the Ben Weider Naturals, I don't feel like naturals pros get enough attention.

My goal is to become competitive enough as a natural bodybuilder that I can hold my own, whether the show is tested or untested.

I'm self-coached.

I'm also a cop, and I'm from Meridian, Mississippi.

We have about 35,000 people, and as far as I know, our bodybuilding market has only one IFBB pro and around 10 amateur competitors.

Here's my question: The Ben Weider Nash- Naturals sends a classic physique competitor to The Olympia.

My goal is for that guy to be me in 2028.

Yeah, I think Ben Weider was Jewish, the guy that started.

Yeah, I mean, yeah.

I took a lot of his fucking products, snorted them too.

I had a great experience last year, but I think that this year I did want to like evaluate it a little bit differently because it can be tempting.

Like last year I did North Americans, then I did Ben Weider, and then I did nationals and I actually placed a little bit lower every show.

So I went from Third at North Americans to fourth at Ben Wieder.

All really great placings, right? And then I think I got 14th at Nationals out of like 37 girls.

It was just like the order, of course.

And then the second time I was actually at the Ben Weider competition and we were doing our team workout and I went to go use a tricep pushdown as a shoulder press.

And so I went to go And you know what was funny is that, like, I had asked, and, like, the person that I asked, like, didn't tell me that.

They're like, that's not a shoulder press, you know? And so, like, I go to push it.

Yeah.

So, um, that one along with Ben Weider are the two, and then that, Ben Weider I believe is Gary Uditt's show.

So there's-

Um, we were in, like, a 10% surplus from maintenance for, like, the last six weeks.

Um, and we are about 12 weeks out from the Ben Weider Natural Pro.

So now we're, now we're getting, getting shreddy.

Oh, you know what I stopped tracking this year, 'cause I got pissed that it didn't happen at USAs? I, this year specifically, first year this has happened, and I wanted to be the only person that has ever done this in history.

Every single show si- in, in this qualification year, so since the Ben Weider-
