OK, so you've been there for a minute.

Yeah, I think we were the seventh partner on.

And it was kind of like, you know, dad is approaching retirement age.

We had nothing for succession figured out.

And at that point in time, I feel like our phones ring every day with someone trying to buy us.

Uh, and honestly, every time you had that conversation, it felt like you needed to go take a shower.

I just felt slimy.

Um, I guess if you look back over the last, call it 12, 18 months, what's one of the things that you can point to where like, not that they forced you to do it, but like, hey, they looked at the business from a different perspective or the perspective of kind of being our coach and we made this modification that has, you know, really benefited the business that we just didn't do really well or just weren't focused on that, you know, over the last kind of year, year and a half has made an impact in the business.
