What have you been able to do to engage them? Like what attracts them to your program that has them keep coming back?

Well, I think the IC, I believe we try to take a professional approach to it.

putting the framework in place where we grow together and trying to just be a team player, work with the team and grow with the team and be engaged with the team.

and then having the platforms to be able to do that we had the IC so we could train and it worked out really well and then there was a conversation around you know what happens after the IC because originally that in June last year the IC was just going to go sit on the stand for the summer with no real plan in place.

And the crew that we had put together, they came from their own local programs but we had also started to integrate some people in that that didn't have a committed program per se so we started sailing the big boat and it was going pretty well but when it's great to go out and race the other big boats and i'm hey i'm learning as fast as the next guy because I hadn't owned a bigger sailboat before.

I'm trying to learn from, you know, not reinvent the wheel, so asking a lot of questions, but there's certainly been a lot of surprises and we were trying to get people out on the 70 to get some exposure, but trying to Wednesday night a 70 footer for the amount of effort you have to put in.

It's like a five to one ratio of work versus having actually getting to sale.
