Ben Josephson

Uh, I'm the performance analyst here, so I'm doing all of kind of the deep dive studies into what does it take to win volleyball for Texas.

Uh, I've been really spending a ton of time with David Hunt and, uh, Ben Josephson.

They're the associate head coaches, helping them.

Like, they have all kinds of questions about what systems work, and what alignments are the best, and which attacks should we emphasize, and how many blockers here, and all kinds of stuff like that.

It was awesome.

And defending the spread offense and the three blocking postures from Ben Josephson and University of Texas.

Again, ideas for how to defend, uh, all three hitters, and it talks about a bunch of scheme stuff to how you can get two up on the important hitters.

That's really important.

Will they figure out the right method to make that adjustment and be an aggressive serving team? We'll see.

We've talked about Ben Josephson being a men's coach and trying to bring some of that to the women's game.
