deserve it.
11:16
What that nurse prac did was quitting processed food for sure, number one.
11:20
We've got to restore the microbiome and processed food kills the microbiome.
11:25
We've got to restore the mitochondria, the energy factories of the cells of the body, but specifically in him, the cells that line the GI tract need to be super healthy, very efficient, meaning those mitochondria need to make ATP energy.
11:40
And they need to make very little exhaust or free radicals because that mitochondria is just like in your vehicle.
11:46
Fuel plus oxygen plus spark plug equals combustion, energy, heat, and exhaust.
11:52
Out the tailpipe, the heat out of the radiator fan, and then energy to turn your wheels.

6 MINS LATER

17:50
Could you bring that up?
13:29
We're l- politely saying back, "Back off, Mom," but giving Dad a very specific task to check homework or check grades or whatever it is, and the kid wins because now Dad's more involved.
13:43
And now Dad is more involved.
13:46
One of the things that I've, that have, I have found is that sometimes people struggle to see how one can do family therapy in which, in this case, not everyone is gonna be in the same session, and I wonder what your experience or what your thoughts are around when you decide, if you decide, I'm gonna do separate sessions with Anne and her mom, and then sessions with Anne and her dad, and if and when I will consider or try to push for sessions between Mom and Dad and when I may consider that that's, um, contraindicated or would, may, might be considered sometimes, uh, not appropriate or effective.
18:26
Mm-hmm.It would not surprise me for mom to do most of the talking
18:31
Agreed.
18:32
It would not...
18:33
Well, um, depending on their, their temperaments, but in this case, I think so.
18:38
I think you're right.
4:53
So I'd like to begin there and ask you to just kinda go back in time and think back to the first few days of the outbreak and tell me what it was like.
5:04
Okay.
5:04
Yes.
5:05
I've replayed that many times, and my life did change.
5:09
It's kinda settled back down now, but...
5:11
So at the time, I was just doing what I normally do, which is go to the office every day and see patients, and I'm more of a, a integrative holistic practitioner now, family practice trained conventionally, MD.
5:22
Did that for about ten years, and then had been practicing more holistic, nutrition-based medicine for the past ten years.

32 MINS LATER

37:03
I know that you've had some really thoughtful conversations with Dr. Tom Cowan, and I'm curious if your views have changed at all, what you, what you believe about terrain versus germ theory, and just how your thinking may have evolved over the past few years.
10:53
What are you seeing in the market right now? Is SaaS going away or is it actually becoming more important because the AI systems rely on it?
11:03
as often you have hit the nail firmly on the head, Greg, and I do agree that you need the guardrails and the processes in place because that is where you're going to see the fundamental gains that transfer to what you require from a business perspective.
11:19
Um, lots of boutiques have grown exceptionally well through point solutions, spreadsheets, basic plumbing, um, But then it reaches a breaking point, a tipping point, where you need to scale beyond the founder bottleneck or the key few partners.
11:36
And it's in that instance where data becomes way more important because you've got to democratize it across your business rather than it live in a single or a few people's heads.
11:48
What we're seeing from a SaaS perspective is there's fundamentally two major things that have happened in the SaaS six months.
11:56
The valuations on SaaS firms have... gone considerably lower because a huge amount of money is obviously getting pumped into AI.
12:06
And investors, whether that be VCs or private equity or huge funds, are saying that there's a SaaS-pocalypse.

11 MINS LATER

23:00
Would you balance that? Would you advise those members the same way that I am? Or would you suggest it is the natural way to go, go from error one to error two first, and then from error two to error three? What's your opinion?
