Belleayre Ski Center

Yeah.

Well, I think at the end of the day, let's, let's get all the skier traffic on Wyndham, and let's get all the skier traffic on Hunter, and let's get a ton of skiing traffic on Belleayre, and all of the locals can go ski Plattekill.

Hm.

Nice.

Fricking absolute peak time.

And when you get to Plattekill, you can see, from Plattekill you can see a bunch of different viewpoints, like a bunch of different high peaks, Hunter, Belleayre, Slide, Panther.

And this is from just the parking lot, not even at the top.

I can't say that I went anywhere.

I, I went to, today I went disc golfing with, with b- um, our buddy Alex, uh, to Belleayre.

We went to Belleayre Ski Center and did the lower nine.

It was raining.

It was, uh, we didn't meet anybody, and it was beautiful.

And Sunapee has certainly had its share of challenges, particularly around volume with Vail, uh, but infrastructure-wise, I think it's worked out a little bit better than Cannon.

Uh, then let's jump over into New York, my home state, where the state owns and operates three ski areas, Belleayre, Gore, and Whiteface.

Now, all three are super modern.

They are probably the nicest ski areas in the state, including Vail's Hunter Mountain and Windham, whi- which have both had a lot of investment in recent years.

But let's estimate that at least two-thirds of that went to the three ORDA mountains.

That's great for the skiers of those mountains.

Uh, for, for Belleayre, it's two and a half hours north of New York City.

It's in the Catskills.
