She fought one of your teammates, Alex.

But she got a win over Bella Mir.

That was a huge upset.

I think Bella ended up being like a 6,000 favorite or something by the time the fight happened.

What are your guys' thoughts on, and maybe, and I know we kind of talked about it before, but like now that we have them and we've seen how long it took, I don't ever remember seeing matches take this long to get scheduled.

Like, how do you guys feel about the timeline that we've gone through with each one of these matches, matches with Kennedy Blades, wrestling Isabella Mir, Kylie Welker, and Diamond Guilford? And then Real Woods wrestling Bo Bassett, who we'll talk about a little bit later.

These three matches have like, like when was Final X?

Coming off that fight, it's going to be really interesting to see how she rebounds.

it would be obvious she's the next one for Valentina Shevchenko that would be a massive massive fight like if Chris Cyborg was in the UFC right now she'd be you know when Kayla Harrison fell out of that fight it would have been Amanda Nunes versus Chris Cyborg too and that just would have happened but that's not the case now and that has been an issue for years in the women's divisions and I think it's all coming home to roost right now so you know we talked about it last week on the podcast It needs a rebuild, and I think the rebuild, as I suggested at the weekend, you suggested here today, is trying to do all you can to get someone like Deceva and D'Souza and Vizneska, get them out of their fucking contracts, sign them up, sign Stamp Fairtex, and sign whoever you can coming up, you know.

We talked as well many times in this podcast about guys, you know, like Bo Nickel and Gable Steveson about maybe, you know, do you need to give them a little bit of a push quicker than other people to put them to superstardom? You need to do that with Bella Mir.

If she comes in and she has two UFC wins, title shot.

Like, we need... we need big big decisions being made here and we need to put people to the moon to change this thing around we need to create a star and I think that's how you do it like also I think tournaments let's get a tournament going let's create something people care about here the UFC I think have to do something drastic But anyway, that's my solution for the women's divisions.

Apodaca just... took advantage of the situation.

She got the best of Bella Mir and that's really all there is to it.

You know, you win some, you lose some.

The biggest problem with it all is the hype around her, the expectations, the pressure, the the huge, you know, gap in the in the odds, the fact that everyone thought it was a given that she was going to win.

Bella you know they should know by now where the the state of things and and unfortunately Apodaca you know I mean Bellamere it just didn't wasn't able to pull off the win she got she got the loss in the uh hey what's up all is good how you doing um but you know in the end like the decision went to Apodaca I feel like basically the third round really did, did it.

I feel like the, I don't know, man, it was kind of close all the way through.

I think Bella mirror showed some, some good, you know, potential and, and definitely showed that she has some great skills, but Apple doc is just, uh, she just had more.
