I saw somebody talking about exercise floor mats, and it's by a brand called Swanky Mat, so I wanted to know all about Swanky Mat.

So I went to my local Home Depot, which is where Behr is located, and they did not have sample cards yet of this particular swatch.

So I had to go to Sampleize and order it from them.

So I went ahead and just ordered some more colors 'cause I'm still trying to figure out the perfect green that is going to match my tile.

So, 2027 is the 10th anniversary of the Behr paint company's color of the year.

So, they say this one had to be very special.

So, gone are the days, Kat, of safe neutrals and beiges being the norm for all of the designers, you see.

There are other products you'll hear furniture painters mention in this general conversation too.

Behr, for example, makes a urethane alkyd enamel.

I haven't personally used it, so I'm not going to sit here and review it for you.

My mother told me many, many years ago that she didn't like Behr paint, and apparently I've carried that completely unscientific product review around in my head ever since.

I've heard plenty of furniture painters mention it, and my mother's decades-old opinion is not a technical data sheet.

The larger point is that you're going to encounter a lot of paints marketed for cabinets, trim, doors, other high-use surfaces that furniture painters also use successfully.
